Emil Jurcan graduated on School of Architecture, Ljubljana. He is a co-founder of groups Temp and Pulska grupa. Author of projects Small Roman theater in Pula, Nomad Palace in Split and communal port Delfin in Pula. President of Istrian Association of Architects since 2015 and editor of the blog Praksa. He is a president of the Association of Croatian Architects.
