Description Change this

The Novovomum is a residential apartment block which was built from 1927 to 1929 by the then 24 year old architect Guiseppe Terragni as one of the early examples of Rationalist architecture. The building became the center of a polemic debate on Rationalism in Italy.

Reminds me a lot of the Zuev Workers Club here: http://architectuul.com/architecture/the-zuev-workers-club

They were built roughly at the same time. Did they know of each other?
