The two buildings were part of a development plan for a satellite city in Rebbio. In this case, the two architects had made a study of urbanization of the area and set buildings arranged in a row. The urbanism consist of a grid of perpendicular streets and include schools, sports centers, services, churches, parks and gardens. Because of reduction of the construction costs this are only two building finished.

Facades are structured in the rationalist inspiration by alternation of volumes and voids, highlighted by the bars of the balcony railings. The two buildings, one of four floors and two floors are separated by a garden, which replaces the typical courtyard of social housing. The orientation allows the sun reaching all rooms.
