This private house, design by Bijoy Jain of Studio Mumbai is a low-lying building set within the tropical planting. The particularity of the project is a hide subterranean room located under the main terrace. It is host to an underground pool that is filled with natural ground water with the depth of watering varying with the seasons. The pool, also, takes light from portals in the floor of the terrace at ground level.
