" The memorials created by Shota Bostanashvili are alive, but the bread factory is the only building by him that still exists today. It is distinguished by its quality of workmanship. It was conceived as a cultural object from the beginning.
What made this project unique is that the factory was seen from a human perspective, not an industrial object that should effectively produce bread, but a cultural object that should fit into the cultural context and carry a mythical meaning. Both "a house" and "a bread" are very strong terms, having complex forest of signifieds behind him."
