Renovation of this family house was a project of the third Summer School organized by Critical Concrete, prepared during a 10-month long collaborative process with the Junta de Freguesia, the district municipality of Ramalde and the help of their social workers. The kitchen was extended, the stairs adjusted and fixed, the floor got paved and tiled, the walls got painted, lights installed and old furnitures were made new. The works were doone in three weeks by 45 Summer School participants from more than 30 different countries, ten mentors, and a team of eleven people.
