Office and Residential building on Igriska ulica is called Small Skyscraper after its completion of the corner. The building did not exceed the prescribed height but the architect created such an impression with the corner. The building body is structured into three parts: two street parts and the corner "tower". The street parts are adapted to heights of existing buildings but the corner is shaped as the highest part of the location. Due to the small parcel architect added rounded balconies to the apartments in the direction of the street.
