In the 22@ district of Barcelona, on the site of the former Netol cleaning products factory, we envisaged a project with two departure points; to protect and conserve a listed facade, and to construct a 13-floor office building. The tower distorts its floor plan to adapt to the cut-off corner of the Eixample and accentuate its slender line.
