It is located in the northern part of the site, leaving the southern half as a garden area.Outwardly shown as two distinct volumes corresponding to the main nave and the attached building containing the changing rooms. The small slope of the site is designed so that the basement has, through its south orientation, light and ventilation. The main nave contains two pools, a 25 × 12, 50 metre competition pool, with six lanes, and a 12, 5 × 5, 00 metre learning swimming pool.
