Conditioned to the regulations of its condominium, this dwelling was forced to shown a clay covering. This condition meant the opportunity of choosing the "Tlajomulco adobon" as constructive system, counterpoised to the common use of brick in the surroundings, only as a facade.

Due to its located on a narrow site, the house shrinks to a three tower manner in order to liberate space in the ground floor to construct a great garden. These three towers correspond to the program of the three inhabitant's history. The services are organized on the ground floor in three blocks. The landscape hides the structure, as if we were dwelling a ruin.
