Thomas Hahn was born 1980 in Salzburg. He has a HTL's degree and several years of professional practice in Salzburg. He studied architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts and the Technical University of Vienna and did specialization in architectural theory and architectural sciences, environment, energy and sustainability. He graduated in 2011 at the Institute for Urban Design. In 2012 he was teaching as a university lecturer in the work area Urban Studies of the University of Vienna and he is an architect for a construction management company in the area of residential building. Thomas Hahn was awarded the Roland Rainer Research Fellowship 2012.
