Kristo Sotiri was born in Pogradec in 1870. He was educated in civil engineering in Padua, Italy where he graduated in 1898. After the graduation he decided to follow his studies in the Royal Academia in Venice where he graduated in Architecture. He gave a big contribution in architecture field both big and small projects, private and public ones. One of his most known projects is the Martyria Museum in Durres.
