Kitsch Nitsch is a design studio founded by Jaka Neon & David Kladnik. They started in advertising and brand identity and soon shifted to exploring the less rigid aspects of design such as decoration, scenography and illustration and work also in architecture. They have an artistic approach to work and prefer strong imagery over subtle corrections, but the kitsch part of their name holds no love for tackiness but rather describes the will to create personalized and unique visual messages instead of resorting to prefabricated standardized solutions. Strong believers in style, fashion and aesthetics, they are praying for the end of the age of functionalism.
