Jose Antonio Corrales was born in Madrid in 1921. He graduated from the School of Architecture of Madrid in 1948. He received the National Architecture Prize designing a guest house in La Mancha.
In 1952 he founded together with Ramon Vazquez Molezun his own office. Corrales y Molezun was one of the most relevant architectural firms in Spain during forty years after the war.
Some of their more relevant works are the Spanish Pavilion in Brussels and the Bankunion building in Madrid
