Embassies of the Nordic CountriesBerger+Parkkinnen is an architecture practice founded by the Austrian archtitect Alfred Berger and Tiina Parkkinen, an Austro-Finnish architect born in Vienna and raised in Finland with offices in Vienna and Helsinki. Berger and Parkkinen founded their office in 1995.
