The educational center Kiev Palace of Children and Youth was constructed in 1965 by A. Miletskyj, E. Bilskyj and contains until now different educational sections (biology, chemistry, physics, radioelectronics, astronomy computer sciences, math, drawing, dancing, poetry, dances, music etc.) Almost all of these activities are free-of-charge. The status is at the moment uncertain and the city gowernment wants to sell it for some kind of business or trade center.
