The example of the BS-7 neighborhood was soon expressed in the paradigmatic realization of Split 3. The project is a result of the competition of the Music-Bezan team from 1968.

According to the program for Split 3, an area of 341 hectares includes seven local communities and 14,000 dwellings for 50,000 inhabitants, with services and facilities such as schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, ambulances, department stores, offices, restaurants, parking lots and underground car parks, tourist buildings (including hotels), university campus with faculties and institutes, business center, beaches and facilities for sports and recreation.

In addition to an extraordinary urban solution that incorporates Music's experience from studies in the United States, Split 3 is also unique in order to organize the entire operation, according to which the preparation phase should be extended at the expense of construction time.
