The building of a nuclear reactor in Podgorica reminiscent to an atomic bomb explosion. To the initial composition of the reactor buildings consisting of a reactor, an administrative object, the water column were later added two study tracts. The external shape of the reactor facility define the truncated corners of the cube and dome roof form. Mounting facade of administrative and academic part is shaped by the window openings and the conclusions with a dynamic roof end.
