Pfohl, Roberts and Biggie studio was a group of two architects and an architectural engineer. Theodore Albert Biggie, the leader of the studio, got a bachelor's degree in architecture at Syracuse University. Harold Pfohl Roberts was an architectural engineer, who also worked as a structural engineer outside of the studio helping to build some other buildings in Buffalo. Another member of the three was an architect Roswell E. Pfohl. Their two projects were Buffalo City Court Building and Avant Buffalo. The following one is a still existing modernist 63-meter high high-rise in Buffalo.
