Lucia Villers is an architect by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (2008). She has an MA in History, Art and Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (2010). On 2011 She transformed an old warehouse into offices for the Taco Inn Company and an exhibition area for its private contemporary art collection. Lucia awarded the 2nd prize for the Mexican pavilion at the 14th Biennale International Architecture Exhibition in Venice for the project: Archaeologies of modernity, the persistence of ideas in collaboration with Juan Jose Kochen and Alberto Oderiz (2014). She also awarded the grant "Jovenes Creadores" (2014) given by FONCA-CONACULTA (National Council for Culture and the Arts, Mexico) to develop the research project: Cartographies of temporality. Lucia was invited to participate in the Eco Pavilion Contest (Mexico City 2012). She awarded a grant by the Ministry of Culture of Mexico City to develop art workshops aimed at youth community on the streets in collaboration with the NGO Breakarts (San Francisco, USA) (2007).
