Klodiana Millona is an architect and researcher from Albania currently based in Rotterdam, whose work has been dealing with alternative models of affordable houses. Since September 2016 she has been resident of "Stad In De Maak" (City in the Making), Rotterdam and active participant in their project of investigating commons and collective ownership by a living and working typology, with the ambition to make housing affordable and save property from the market's speculation. She has been involved in education through a self initiated pedagogical platform called USTA, dealing with tools of learning and unlearning, established in 2017 at the Master programme of Interior Architecture at the Royal Academy of Arts of the Hague. She is both initiator and current co- curator of an ephemeral lo-fi cinema in Rotterdam, called Neverland Cinema, that transforms every Monday an empty ground floor into a film house. Recently she is working as sound artist, with a special focus on every day rituals field recording and synthesisers. Klodiana is currently engaged at the Institute for electronic music and research based at the Royal Conservatorium of The Hague. Once a month she co-organize "Nights of Noise", a monthly program dedicated to experimental music.
