Jorn Oberg Utzon (April 9th, 1918 - November 29th, 2008), born in Copenhagen was a Danish architect most notable for designing the Sydney Opera House in Australia, which has become the icon and symbol of a continent. For his achievements Utzon was awarded the Pritzker Prize in 2003.
