Ivan Matusik
Ivan Matusik (1930) is a significant figure on the Slovak architectural scene of the 1960s and 1980s. His work is derived from functionalist traditions and stands for east modern architecture. In 1969 he received the Dusan Jurkovic award for the completed Prior department store and Kyev hotel projects in Bratislava. In 1995 he received the Emil Bellus award from the Association of Architects of Slovakia.
