


Cesare Cattaneo was one of the brightest promises of Italian rationalist movement and, despite his short life, he produced many projects, some important writings and some exemplary buildings. Already during the study period came into contact with the group of architects and artists from Como, such as Giuseppe Terragni, Alberto Sartoris and Mario Radice. Since 1933 he attended the study of Giuseppe Terragni and Pietro Lingeri.
