The office Jagnefalt Milton was founded in 2009 by Carl Jagnefalt and Konrad Milton in Stockholm. Jagnefalt Milton took part in many competitions with different projects like their "Sea-Side Row-Houses", the "Culture Centre in the Harbour" and the "Rolling Masterplan". The last project 2011 was a planning proposal for Oscar Properties to convert a factory building and an office building into housing. Both structures are kept but the facade of the office buidling is removed and its slabs are extended towards the street.
