Ivo Spincic studied architecture at the AUU in Vienna (Behrens School), where he graduated in 1925. He founded the Society of Artists of Applied Arts and was his long-time president. His architectural works includes family houses, public buildings, monuments. He was active in the field of scenography and theoretical writings. Spincic was a student of Behrens school and he was oriented towards functionalism and efficient design.
