Raine Karp (born July 23, 1939) is an Estonian architect. Karp was very active in Tallinn, Estonia's capital in the 1970s and 80s where he developed a very distinctive monumental style designing a number of landmark buildings: Linnahall, the National Library of Estonia and the Central Post Office are still defining structures for certain parts of the city today.

Prized on many occasions for his designs for different buildings, Karp was among the most known architects of the demised Estonian SSR.
