Description Change this

Designed by Gedeon Gerlóczy, this apartment building is part of the Hungarian National Monuments.

This building has two different parts. The ground and the first floors are for commercial use, above there are apartments. The terraces of the top two floors align the roofline of the adjacent buildings.

Above the first floor the facade is cantilevered and rounded on the corner. The shop windows and above the horizontal ribbon windows of the first two floors make the extrovert side of the building, openly inviting people to visit or look at. The upper floors are more cosy and closed.
