The building represents the interpolation in the city centre of Ljubljana. The most prominent are visible structural elements that forms the facade (vertical bands) and continue the wreath of neighboring houses. The building was designed in the shape of a rectangular block and a skeleton framework that enabled unlimited flexibility in organizing the ground plan. The columns on the exterior side of the facade create an rhythm reminiscent of an industrial grind within which the body of the building is inserted.

In 2005 was done the Reconstruction of Government Office by Sadar Vuga.
