Design for a low cost housing type, which can be expanded by the future inhabitants.

The unit can grow in auto-construction from 30m2 up to 90m2. In addition to infrastructural accessibility, this design guarantees the supply of water, sewage and electricity to 150 families of Temuco.

The project is nominated for the prestigious DEUBAU-PRISE.
