With its 160m of total height and 44 floors Cosmopolitan is now the tallest residential building in Warsaw and second in Poland. The tower includes 252 apartments, 4 exclusive penthouses at the top of the building and commercial spaces on the ground floor.

Cosmopolitan has been highly appreciated and warmly welcomed both by Warsaw citizens as well as architectural critics thanks to its proper coorespondce with the surrounding, fancy architectural style combining seamlessly American and European style, unique engineering solutions (Cable-stayed bridge technology used in its construction) and its functional elements such as windows that can be partly opened almost on every floor.

The tower has been built near historical Plac Grzybowski, located on the former Warsaw Ghetto, which has been recently carefully renovated. The nearest surrounding includes building of Jewish Community of Warsaw, Jewish Theatre and syngagoue which is the last of its kind survided in Warsaw after WWII.
