The ABC Building is located around Sunjung-Reung park in Korea which has the royal tombs of Chosun dynasty. The buildings in Kang-nam area block the view to the royal tombs park, so the the roof of five-story ABC building suddenly opens to the beautiful landscape of the park.

The building is seen as an "Architectural Mountain" with the roof terrace as the "Architectural Summit". People climb up the building by a narrow exterior stair alley. These five stair alleys are cascaded like small streams. The passenger meets silent and beautiful scenery from inside the brick stair alley wall to reach the top of the building.

In terms of building materials, the ABC Building is layered from the ground with bricks. The black brick is the most visible material in the Building. The stair alley wall consists of a steel frame system and dry brick wall fabrication facade without traditional mortar masonry. This creates a transparent experience of a solid brick wall with multiple brick wall layers. The building that started with a piece of brick was completed with a piece of brick.

Besides the innovative brick construction method, the potential of this building begins with its simplicity, which is represented by a clear layout and building plan. Architecture is the construction of simplicity and the simplicity of construction, understood simultaneously.
