A first Ando's building in New York will be situated on 152 Elizabeth Street and developed in Nolita by Sumaida + Khurana. Ando will collaborate with Michael Gabellini on the building's interiors. A new luxury condominium project will replace an existing parking lot.

A concrete structure will content seven residences, "treated as custom homes" and "individually configured." The structure of the facade will be constructed by glass and galvanized steel, on the concrete parts there will be placed a living green wall. This will span on the entire southern facade and will be one of the largest green walls in New York.

The front vestibule will contain a water wall, the lobby will host a dynamic fog and light installation that will interact with natural environment. This installation will change in transition depending on the time of day and night and weather conditions. Architects are convinced that the "accessibility of these environmental features in the building's public spaces serve to provide a cohesive sense of pleasure and visual stimulation."
