The bureau SPEECH Tchoban & Kuznetsov was founded in 2006 as a result of long term collaboration between the Sergei Tchoban Berlin office nps tchoban voss and his Moscow office "Tchoban and partners" with the bureau "S.P.Project", headed by Sergey Kuznetsov.

SPEECH Tchoban & Kuznetsov is one of the leading architectural bureaus in Russia. It specializes in designing buildings and complexes of different functional purposes, such as the development of urban planning concepts and in interior decisions as well. Sergei Tchoban and Sergey Kuznetsov have many realized projects in Germany and Russia which has allowed them to adapt working knowledge of modern western materials and building technologies in Russian conditions. An important part is dependent on the rational organization of the design process and the technological level of the office.

At present the bureau has 200 staff including architects, constructors, engineers and managers developing multiple projects for Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and other cities of Russia, as well as other parts of the world. By combining different specialists together in one team, gives the bureau a possibility to develop complex decisions and participate in all stages of work for each project.
