Sergey Skuratov (born in 1955) is a Russian architect and academic. From 1973 to 1979 Skuratov studied at the Moscow Institute of Architecture. From 1986 until 1988, he was the head of the architectural group in the Central Scientific and Research Institute of Experimental Designing (TsNIIEP named after B.S. Mezentsev).

Since 2003 Sergey Skuratov is a professor at the International Academy of Architecture, multiple prize winner of the "Golden section" (1995, 1997, 2003) as well as winner of numerous Russian and international awards. He also serves as the head of the architectural designing group at the Moscow Institute of Architecture (MARKhI).

Since 2002 Sergey Skuratov heads his own practice Sergey Skuratov Architects.
