Established in 1969 the practice has carried out a wide range of commissions comprising public buildings; transport infrastructural projects; commercial buildings; health and educational facilities; tertiary institutions; residential projects and individual houses; interior design and urban design.

New Zealand Institute of Architects Design awards have been received for over sixty buildings, together with numerous industry awards for both design and delivery of outstanding projects. They have offices in Wellington and Auckland, in 2002 they establish two separate companies.
